backstory
House of Mayo is the media outlet for Zach Minot's two passions: fun cars and all things culinary. As a child, he became obsessed with cars. When his childhood petition to purchase a Lamborghini Countach for the family car was denied, he only grew more committed to someday working with and owning exciting cars.
Along the way, Zach became deeply involved with food and wine. After completing culinary school, he spent his career cooking in the finest restaurants in each city he lived, and then jumped into culinary media, notably working on Alton Brown's Food Network series, Good Eats.
After leaving NYC to return to Vermont, Zach continued to focus his attention on culinary media but also made time to shoot classic cars. After recently photographing the gorgeous 1952 Ferrari 225 Export Vignale Spyder for the cover of Cavallino #201, House of Mayo media became official.
